Looking for another way to connect with college age candidates?
CollegeRecruiter.com, run by my friend Steven Rothberg, allows you to post blogs to his site, Insights by Employers. You can't write lame job postings or tell people to call you, but you can write articles teaching students how to land their first job, and in the process, you provide a link back to your careers site for the students.
So the better you write, the more links and the more targeted traffic you get. And if you have a blog and are interested in guest posting and having more content, there's always the college recruiter blogswap.
